Rebel Theatrics has been diligently working on developing a comprehensive Code of Conduct for our students, families, directors, and board members. We understand the importance of creating a document that reflects our goals and values, and we are committed to ensuring that it is professional, actionable, and personal to our community.
The reason for the delay in launching our Code of Conduct is our dedication to crafting a document that is not just a copy-paste of generic guidelines. We want to create a Code of Conduct that is tailored specifically to the needs and expectations of the Rebel Theatrics community. This involves taking the time to carefully consider the unique aspects of our organization and incorporating them into the document.
Our Code of Conduct will be clean, simple, and straight to the point, outlining the expected behavior for all members of our community. It will cover topics such as professionalism, respect, inclusivity, and adherence to our organization's mission and values. By establishing clear guidelines, we aim to foster a positive and supportive environment for everyone involved in Rebel Theatrics.
